In 2006, researchers in Australia grew a complete, functioning breast from a single stem cell. The experiment was performed on a mouse but experts knew it would not be long before it happened in humans too. In August 2008, Dr Yoshimura reconstructed a 51-year-old lady’s left breast by injecting fat and stem-cells derived from the woman’s own body.

What a wonderful first body part to grow. Which proves that even scientists believe you can never have enough boobies.

Heh, that's pretty cool.

Stem cell research is leaving the US behind with all of the red tape here.

My aunt was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and she just had a double mastectomy...I'm going to make sure she hears about this, because it might help to cheer her up, even if only a little. :-)
