Some teenagers in Fort Lupton, Colorado violated the town's noise pollution ordinance, and the judge has come up with a creatively evil way of punishing them - forcing them to listen to Barry Manilow and Barney the Purple Dinosaur until they have nightmares. It's an "ear for an ear" in Colorado, I guess.
