She was already mentally unstable, and was harshly critized in front of everyone on TV. Poor girl.

That's why I hate American Idol and all the other celebrity-worship TV programs. Goodspeed could have had a wonderful life if she had not become obsessed with TV. She obviously was very dedicated to Paula Abdul ever since she was young, and then to be ridiculed by her lifelong idol on international TV in front of the whole world... Does no one see the ugliness of it all?
