Man tased by cops dies by falling off building

A naked and apparently emotionally disturbed man fell to his death from a building ledge in Brooklyn on Wednesday after an officer shot him with a Taser stun gun, the police said.

That officer should be charged with murder. Electrocuting a mentally disturbed man perched on a ledge was clearly malicious and done with intent to harm.
